Terms and Conditions
THE LEARNING AGREEMENT
Students should be a minimum of 18 years of age with a good understanding of written and spoken English. No previous qualifications are needed although some courses are suitable for trained teachers, therapists, counsellors and other professionals.
It takes up to 48 hours for us to to acknowledge receipt of your enrolment, register you at the school and up to 7 -10 days to send the course via secure Wetransfer.com delivery. Printed workbooks are made to order. These are delivered by first class Royal mail in the UK or by standard airmail to Europe. If you would like a special courier delivery you need to organise collection from the school yourself.
LOSS OR DAMAGE TO COURSEWORK ASSIGNMENTS
In line with our green policy, homework should be emailed to us although you can also mail us your coursework. The student is responsible for keeping copies of their homework and the school cannot be held responsible for any loss of coursework sent by email or in the mail.
TRANSFERS AND REFUNDS
EMAIL COURSES
We regret that as we have to protect the copyright and growing piracy of course material, once you have downloaded the files they cannot be returned. For email courses you have 7 days to check your email course and after that time we presume that you are happy to undertake your studies. Please note once the files are downloaded you cannot return them and you can still use them for your own reference. Many students prefer to do this and don’t want to submit any coursework or gain a qualification. During this period you may change to another course of equal value but you will be asked to pay for any difference in fees and extra administrative costs ( and p&p if applicable). Any refunds on email courses will be made less all bank charges and fees incurred in processing the payment.
WORKBOOKS
Refunds on workbooks are made entirely at the discretion of the school and only within the 7 day period. Workbooks are made up individually for each student so these cannot be re-used. If a refund is agreed you will be charged £35 for each workbook returned and an administration charge of £35 will be made to cover admin and bank charges to cover the printing, postage and packing. A voucher for the cost of the workbooks will be issued for this sum which can be used against any email course studied in the future.
PAYMENTS AND DURATION OF THE COURSE
The agreement allows a student to choose between a one year programme or fast track to six months. Our fees are held for one year from the time of enrollment and students are requested to submit any homework assignments after one year will incur an added charge of £50.00 per year in line with increases in tutoring fees.
If you live in the UK or Northern Ireland and elect to pay for your course by cheque or bank transfer, fees for part two will remain the same as your initial payment if you complete the course within one year. If you send in your second payment after that time you will be charged at the current rate. Payments made by bank transfer may incur charges for which the student is responsible.
We retain the right to withdraw any course after the agreed study period. Please note that the right to withdraw extended study period is also retained.

Students can choose which submission date to send in homework. Homework can be sent to us by post or by email. Please note that comments and advice is only given during the marking periods and tutoring is done via written comments and advice only. If you require urgent help that is preventing you studying students can email or phone the school and a tutor will contact you to help you sort out the problem. Any other general queries should be written down and sent in with your homework submission.
